About The Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager to support our Direct Apply Operations function. The role requires a strong operations and client service background and a profound aspiration to help students make the right decision for their next academic steps.

This is a global role where the Senior Manager will be leading a team of operations specialists. The role focuses on ensuring achievement of operational goals, smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student recruitment or related fields, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage workflows and relationships to drive business growth and success.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee end to end operations, ensuring accurate and consistent submission of student application documents to our university partners.
  • Regularly review and update partner requirements to ensure our internal teams are up to date on our partner needs.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track the effectiveness of our operations, identify areas for improvement and report into leadership.
  • University Partner Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, including regular communication, collaboration, and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive student recruitment and business growth.
  • Coordinate training sessions or workshops for partners to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and goals.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement quality assurance measures:
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of both application submissions through enrolment.
  • Develop and maintain quality control protocols to ensure that all submissions and tagged profiles meet the highest standards of excellence and compliance with institutional requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of both application submissions and tagged student profiles.
  • Identify errors, discrepancies, or areas for improvement in both processes.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address any identified issues and improve overall quality and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership and Support:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the tagging team and recruitment universities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tagging workflows and partner university relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Implement strategies to optimize student recruitment efforts, improve conversion rates, and maximize business outcomes.
About You
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field (Master&aposs degree preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in international student recruitment, admissions, or related fields for 12+ years, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the student recruitment process, tagging workflows for UK and US, and partner university relationships within the study abroad sector.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
