Key Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely execution of hiring processes.
Process Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment workflow and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Scheduling and Logistics:
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding schedules, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with accuracy and precision.
Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline status.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure all hiring operations comply with company policies, client requirements, and labor regulations.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between recruitment teams, clients, and candidates to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing timely updates and addressing queries effectively.
Vendor Coordination:
- Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners to ensure quality service delivery.
Training Support:
- Assist in training new team members on operational processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
