Hiring for Assistant Manager Civil & Interior Estimation with 6 to 9 years experience within the real estate sector. Ideal candidate will have BE / Diploma Civil Engineering with 6 to 9 Years Experience in the field of Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation (only from Real Estate)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making, checking & certification of bills & invoices of vendors & contractors. Costing & estimation preparation for rates & quantities for Civil/interior works.
- Preparation of detailed budget estimates
- Preliminary budget estimates, proficiency in quantity take off using Auto Cad
- Quantity take off and preparation of measurement sheet as per drawings
- Preparation of rate analysis and project costing at various stage of work
- Quantity estimation, preparation of bills of quantity for residential projects
