We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in international voice processes to join our dynamic customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international customer queries and providing top-notch support through inbound calls, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and accurately.
  • Provide clear and concise information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Document all customer interactions and update the CRM system with accurate details.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and feedback, offering appropriate solutions or escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues efficiently.
  • Required Profile:
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering satisfactory solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Logical thinking and quick decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle tough situations and remain composed under pressure.
  • Multitasking: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, such as navigating CRM systems while engaging with customers.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (5 days a week) aligned with international time zones.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate documentation and record-keeping skills.
