What your current role should be like?- Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, project management, or chief of staff roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline operations, and align organizational efforts to strategic goals.
- Experience in designing and implementing organizational policies, driving cultural transformation, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to execute critical projects successfully.
- Exceptional project management skills with a strong ability to multitask and manage complex deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience in managing internal communication strategies, employee engagement programs, and learning & development initiatives.
- Will lead the policy introduction and revision within the organization.
- Design and launch various initiatives defining the organizational values and culture.
- Draft the annual HR plan and HR budget for presenting the same to Management.
- Create and implement Rewards and Recognition policy, Performance Management framework and various initiatives for talent management.
- Will build and maintain relationships with the partners, and ensure all the required legal contracts are in place and are timely renewed.
- Will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading the projects from ideation through to completion.
- Will develop high-quality project charters and plans based on the business requirements and available project resources.
- Will manage all aspects of a project, end-to-end, to agreed-upon customer requirements and will ensure all technical, compliance, and quality targets are met.
- Will identify, analyze and address project risks and dependencies, with the regular sharing of lessons learned.
- Will prepare project reports for management, client, and other internal stakeholders.
- Define the career growth and individual development plan for High Potential employees.
- Benchmark the existing practices in the organization and introduce new ones.
- Will be responsible for taking policy decisions in case of a conflict in consensus with management.
- Will ensure high engagement levels by driving changes across the organization.
- Encourage employee development by designing a robust learning and development policy for the organization.
- Design and execute various dashboards for effectively managing the HR activities across Geographies.
- Will be responsible for defining the organization structure along with management and updating it from time to time.
- Achieve and exceed the Internal Communication goals, engaging the various stakeholders for the purpose.
- Draft, manage and help deliver effective employee communication regarding organizational announcements, process or policies, change & transformation, etc. via emails, newsletters, intranet content, company all hands events, etc.
- Establish/Suggest/devise/execute innovative internal communications programs aligned to the organization culture as per branding guidelines.
- Enhance employee experience by guiding managers regarding content creation, communication plans and announcements etc.
- Plan and execute event strategy enabling employee engagement and create a culture of belonging.
- Create and execute programs to build a culture of inclusiveness, engagement, empowering, innovating and continuous improvement.
- Post Graduation/MBA from a Tier-I or premier institute with minimum ~8 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of HR practices in retail, payments, e-commerce, logistics, telecom and/or any other consumer facing businesses.
- Have successfully introduced products in markets in your previous engagements.
- Have implemented proven strategies to measure the success of product launch through market research and customer feedback.
- ˍave experience in project management methodologies and tools, and have managed end-to-end deliveries of multiple projects.
- Experienced in creating and managing project plans, in MPP or equivalent, spanning thousands of line items, with resources and budget requirements clearly articulated.
- Experience in creating a work-breakdown structure and WBS dictionary, and in identifying and documenting risks and dependencies for each element.
- Have knowledge of agile methodologies and have run agile projects with all its ceremonies effectively.
- Preferably have PMP and/or Prince2 certifications.
- Can multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a leadership DNA with proven ability to excite and lead a cross-functional team.
- Experience in developing, implementing and administering the various policies.
- Specialized knowledge and leadership potential in Learning and Development.
- Should be well versed in using ms excel, powerpoint, word, project and visio.
- Should have an active interest in keeping an eye on industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations.
- Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues.
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must.
