We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst with 4-6 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of financial principles, enabling them to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions.This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with various departments, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective budget management.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations in India.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial data and trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with financial reporting software and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
