Finance Manager - SAAS - CTC upto 22 LPA

Job Description

We are currently hiring for 'Finance Manager' role with a leading SAAS startup based out in Bangalore.

Job Description:-

Oversee all financial operations of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.

Prepare management reports, monthly/quarterly forecasts, budgets and analysis for senior management.

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations.

Manage and monitor the company&aposs financial performance, providing regular reports and analysis to the senior management team.

Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise financial resources to support the company&aposs operational needs.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and HR, to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Liaise with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and maintain positive relationships.

Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Requirements:-

Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master&aposs degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.

At least 3-5 years experience on the similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry sector.

In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

Proficient in financial software. Knowledge of Quickbooks, Zoho is highly desirable.
