Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship (February - April 2025). This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR policies and compliance.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Support payroll and benefits-related activities.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
