Digital Campaign Planning and Execution:Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO) in alignment with marketing objectives.
Create and manage content for online marketing campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
Social Media Management:Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor comments, and respond to inquiries.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor and report on website traffic and performance using SEO tools.
Email Marketing:Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Develop compelling email content and design templates.
Paid Advertising:Set up, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
Monitor ad spend, ROI, and adjust strategies as needed for maximum effectiveness.
Content Marketing:Create and distribute high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos) to engage and inform the target audience.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop assets.
Analytics and Reporting:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Use data insights to make recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
Website Management:Collaborate with web developers or use content management systems (CMS) to update and maintain website content.
Ensure website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates.
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
