Key Account Manager

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue generation through sales to large enterprises, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
quotas.
  • Individual contributor role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention, growth, and customer
satisfaction.
  • Identify and secure large corporate business deals through self-driven initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address business vertical needs and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Enterprise Business
vertical.
  • Prepare and submit all required sales reports and Management Information System (MIS) data in a timely
manner.
  • Continuously enhance customer relationships to drive business growth and retention.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of assigned sales targets and other key metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Successful acquisition and management of large enterprise accounts.
  • High customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Timely submission of sales reports and adherence to SOPs
