Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the Indian market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and offline events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and improve strategies.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Indian market.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
