Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presales Consultant / Presales Manager to support our sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in solution consulting, proposal creation, customer engagement, and sales enablement by translating business needs into compelling technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solutioning & Technical Consultation:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored IT service solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls, requirement gathering, and gap analysis to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Demonstrate technical solutions, perform product walkthroughs, and assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) presentations.
  • Proposal & Bid Management:
  • Develop and present RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, delivery, and marketing) to design competitive solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with the latest technology trends and Softobiz&aposs capabilities.
  • Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential customers, helping them navigate through IT challenges.
  • Support sales teams in deal closures by addressing client objections and offering value-driven insights.
  • Conduct client workshops, technical training, and enablement sessions to strengthen relationships.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to enhance Softobizs service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine sales decks, whitepapers, and case studies for lead conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales in the IT services industry.
  • Strong expertise in cloud computing, digital transformation, software development, DevOps, AI/ML, or cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and crafting high-quality proposals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and proposal management tools is a plus.
