Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of cutting-edge data security solutions, managing the entire sales lifecycle, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and ensuring timely revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Accountability:
• Sell data security solutions, including Data Encryption, Key Management, Data Discovery, Access Management, XDR, and SIEM.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Leverage existing customer accounts to generate additional business.
• Acquire new customers by mining accounts, participating in industry forums, and staying updated on technology trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs to drive business growth.
• - Key Performance Parameters:
• Achieve booking VA (Gross Margin) targets.
• Adhere to payment terms and ensure faster, timely collections.
• Maintain an average DBO (Days Billing Outstanding) of 75 days for running accounts.
• Acquire new customer logos.
• Generate and monitor the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in data security or related industries.

Work Details:

• Shift Timings: General shift (no rotational shifts).
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (no Saturday work).
• Compensation: Up to 10 LPA (including 15% variable component).
