What would you do? The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment and talent acquisition process to meet the organization s hiring needs. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to attract top talent while building a strong employer brand.The incumbent will partner with key stakeholders, manage recruitment teams, and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely hiring
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.Monitor hiring trends and design processes for proactive talent pooling.
Ensure alignment with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.Ensure the timely fulfillment of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Implement innovative sourcing methods through digital platforms, networking, and events.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and align hiring priorities.Provide advisory support to senior management on workforce planning and talent trends.
Manage relationships with clients, Hiring Managers, Business Leads and Delivery center leads.
