Procurement Operations
  • Review of Internal Sourcing
  • Request (ISR) tasks
  • Creation of PRs.
  • Converting them to POs
  • Converting PRs created by Non- Procurement personnel to POs
  • Contract execution in accordance with the global
  • contract sign-off matrix Ensuring adherence to SLAs and
  • KPIs in line with leadership directives
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders, supplier, Sourcing, Accounts payable, legal, General Ledger teams to ensure transactional concerns with regards to POs and payments are managed
  • Support periodic audit requirements through fulfillments of data requests.
  • Data analysis & reporting
Initiatives . Process improvements . Enablement of stakeholders for the new processes being implemented . Maintenance of and purging of contract data on a periodic and need to basis . Managing POs which need changes in line with requests received from applicable stakeholders .

Working on category level projects with the sourcing team to assist them with data and contractual documentation . PO cleanup and data refresh activities . Testing of new utilities, software refresh events and changes to Oracle Fusion Cloud

T&E cards administration . Receiving T&E Card application and uploading them in the card company portal . Tracking approval . Tracking spend limits . Working with the credit card company for card specific actions . Managing de-provisioning for employees leaving the Company

Development & Training . Developing skills for Procurement operations and Supply chain . Upskilling on assertive communication and collaboration . Enhancing analytical capabilities through data mining and analysis activities
