Director of National Team The All India Football Federation is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Director of National Team. This role requires a dynamic individual to manage and oversee the training and performance of our national teams, ensuring their continued growth and success.

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day affairs of the National Team's training camps.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of the training camps, extending necessary support as required.
• Camp Inspections: Travel to various National Team camp venues to inspect overall arrangements and assess the quality of training.
• Reporting: Submit periodic evaluation reports to the Deputy Secretary General (DSG) and Secretary General (SG).
• Coordination for Practice Matches: Liaise with the National Team Department to organize practice matches for the teams.
• Development Planning: Recommend comprehensive development plans to improve the National Team's performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with coaching staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to team development.

#Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in football team management or similar roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage diverse responsibilities.
• Knowledge of football development strategies and performance analysis. . Preference will be given to Ex national Team player with coaching experience. . Must be below the age of 55 years .
