Job Description- Lead and develop a strategic brand management plan.
- Manage brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Track the brand's performance and modify strategies as necessary.
- Lead category-led marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop brand narratives and positioning.
- Ensure all brand initiatives align with the company's overall business goals.
- Develop and manage a team of brand managers.
- Build GTM strategies for omnichannel business.
- Collaborate with external agencies for brand promotion activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Head of Brand' should have:
- 10-12 years of overall experience in Brand Management in the Retail sector, preferably Apparel/Fashion.
- Open to Bangalore as a location, with the flexibility for WFO.
