Application Lead - Accenture

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and Spring Boot to develop and maintain high-quality applications.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality applications using Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application development, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Ensure that applications are developed and maintained in accordance with established standards and best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

• Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and Spring Boot.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and Spring Boot.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
• Experience with software design patterns and principles, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and model-view-controller (MVC) architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
