Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Business/Company Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research into the US Public Sector, understanding their recruitment needs, organizational structures, and upcoming government contracting opportunities. RFP Management & Proposal Writing: Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of RFPs for the Public Sector agencies, crafting business proposals that align our on-demand consulting solutions with the specific needs of government entities.Contract Management: Collaborate with on-site leads and the legal team to manage and track amendments, renewals, and performance of contract vehicles for Public Sector agencies. Ensure all contract documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards.
Knowledge of US Business & Government Structures: Utilize your expertise in the US business and government landscape to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate complex government procurement processes.
Technology Market Research: Stay informed on trends and developments in technology that affect the on-demand consulting needs of US Public Sector agencies, and incorporate this knowledge into the proposal process. Communication with US Teams: Maintain consistent communication with internal US-based teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment activities and contract deliverables.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate new business, particularly focusing on US Public Sector agencies, while building long-term relationships and ensuring contract renewals. Lead Generation & Client Interaction: Identify and engage key decision-makers within US Public Sector agencies, driving sales conversations, managing negotiations, and overseeing RFP submissions to close deals effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers in US Public Sector agencies, ensuring repeat business, long-term partnerships, and smooth contract management. Alliance Growth & Development: Identify and expand strategic alliances outside of on-demand consulting and Public Sector agencies.
Foster relationships with third-party organizations, technology vendors, and business partners to support overall company growth. Business Development for Alliances: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new partnerships, particularly those outside of the Public Sector agencies, aligning with company growth objectives.
Requirements / Specifications
Requirements Specifications: MBA from a reputed business school, preferably an IIM or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within consulting services or working with US Public Sector agencies.Strong understanding of the US business landscape, government entities, procurement processes, and geography. Experience in technology market research, especially in the context of US Public Sector agencies and their consulting needs. Proven experience in managing government contracts, RFP responses, and dealing with complex public sector procurement procedures.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional proposals, respond to RFPs, and engage with senior leadership. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and Google/MS Suite.
Demonstrated success in growing alliances and partnerships. Work From Office 5 Days (Hyderabad) Desired Candidate Qualifications: Prior experience in managing RFP & Responses for US Public Sector Familiarity with the US public sector procurement process.
Knowledge of on-demand consulting and recruitment tools/platforms for US-based clients.
