Application Support Engineer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system anomalies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities.
• Document and maintain system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
• Strong understanding of cloud automation principles and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and AWS Administration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code practices.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
