- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and document new business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and use cases.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Agility.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design methodologies.
- Experience in translating business requirements into process designs.
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques and tools.
- Experience in conducting user and task analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with process modeling and simulation tools.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Agility.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
