Advanced Technical Support Engineer- Cooling (Secure Power)

Mission:

Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Success Advanced Support agent for the Bangalore, India, who will be responsible for technical support of SE Secure- Power product range.

Assist all our customers in reaching higher profit by making the best use of SE technology. Deliver technical support and services at Advanced level in Secure Power Products. Be a trusted advisor, provide prompt and trusted resolutions post-sales cycle time of applying Schneider Electric product and solutions to the customers project

Key Responsibilities:

Work effectively within a group, collaborating with others to achieve a shared goal.

End to end resolution of the technical requests from customer on post-sales (Troubleshooting, Application assistance, Product installation, technical characteristics, technical complaints etc.) within fixed timeframe.

Creating and managing knowledgebase on validated solutions in SE repository

Prepare and provide technical trainings to different stakeholders

Core Competencies:

Bachelors degree in electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Projects, Services, Installation, and commissioning of Cooling products (Small Room Cooling, Rack Air Distribution Room Air Distribution etc.)

Direct or backend (support) experience in Data Center engineering operations, with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure

Software: Schneider electric DCIM software suites (DCE, DCO, ESDC, EMS etc.), Energy tools and BMS systems for data analysis and report preparation.

Knowledge of Secure Power products (Single phase UPS, 3Phase UPS, UPS Accessories etc.) will added advantage.

Actively identify opportunities to assist peers regionally in area of expertise.

Understanding of various Network/Data Communication such as Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Modbus etc.

Hands-on experience and a wide understanding of Schneider Electric products, solutions, and engineering concepts would be an advantage.

Well-versed with MS office packages especially MS word and Excel for report preparation and analysis.

Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written) and ability to interact with global customers.

Excellent problem-solving and data analytical approach.

Excellent team player.
