We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in recruitment and staffing. The ideal candidate must have a background in a recruitment agency and expertise in business development for permanent & executive search positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing
Conduct market research to identify recruitment needs and trends
Acquire new clients and drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet quarterly targets for new client acquisition
Requirements:
Prior experience in business development for recruitment/staffing industry
Strong understanding of permanent hiring & executive search
Proven track record of acquiring new clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
