Role Introduction:
The Salesforce Technology Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing our CRM technology initiatives. This role will ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency.

What You Will Have:
- Having an overall years of minimum 12 years experience with hands-on experience of minimum of 5 year on Salesforce Architecture, 4 years of experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration.. Your track record should include successfully delivering end-to-end, lead-to-cash solutions at an enterprise level, leveraging customized Salesforce Billing and CPQ processes.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Architect) highly desirable.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service) and related technologies (ServiceNow, CPQ).
