We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our organizational processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining operations and ensuring that business goals are met efficiently.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage our delivery team. This role will focus on coordinating client submissions, addressing client queries, consolidating submissions, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between recruiters and clients.

The Operations Manager will also work closely with HR on policy updates, training initiatives, and event coordination, as well as collaborate with the marketing account team to manage onboarding, payments, exit processes, and escalate any interpersonal issues or challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Team Management:
  • Supervise and support the delivery team in coordinating client submissions, responding to client inquiries, and consolidating submissions for quality and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth submission process and address any issues promptly
  • Client Coordination:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client-related queries, ensuring all concerns are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing updates, and escalating issues to the appropriate departments when needed
  • HR and Training Coordination:
  • Partner with the HR coordinator to align on policies and oversee the delivery of necessary training programs
  • Coordinate company events, meetups, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative culture within Zone IT Solutions
  • Marketing and Account Management:
  • Work with the marketing and account teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and completion of payments, contracts, and exit processes
  • Identify and escalate any interpersonal or operational challenges affecting team productivity or client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or delivery management, ideally within a recruitment or IT services environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to foster a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and project management software is advantageous
