Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Mangal Bhawan LLP. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for marketing strategies, communication efforts, social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics to drive online presence and engagement for the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns Execute strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Manage Website & social media platforms Create and schedule engaging content for Mangal Bhawan LLP's website and social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to build a loyal community and promote puja products and astrology consultation services.
- Optimize website for SEO Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and develop SEO-friendly content to improve organic rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Develop email marketing campaigns Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that highlight products, services, and special promotions, aimed at nurturing leads and encouraging conversions.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators Work with graphic designer and video creator and writer to produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, and email that resonates with the target audience.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns Oversee Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns, focusing on audience targeting, budget management, and conversion tracking.
- Research industry trends Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, especially those relevant to the spiritual and puja product industry, to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.
- Develop and report on KPIs Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations, and refine strategies based on results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce, spiritual products, or services industry.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media management, and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of content creation and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
