• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the SME in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the development team, ensuring high performance and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborative Decision-Making: Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and align objectives across departments.
• Problem-Solving: Provide effective solutions to issues for your team and across multiple teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior team members, guiding their growth and enhancing their technical skills.
• Innovation & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in software development processes, encouraging innovative approaches and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
• Strong understanding of SAP CO modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO for product cost controlling.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards for cost controlling.
• Proven hands-on experience in leading SAP CO implementation projects.

Additional Information:

• Experience: Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
• Work Environment: This is an in-office position based in Hyderabad. Work from office is mandatory on all working days.
• Education: A 15-year full-time education is required.
