Job Description

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with expertise in ReactJS and Redux to join our dynamic team at Talent Worx. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality user interfaces for our web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS and Redux
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive web applications
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement state management and data flow strategies using Redux
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS and Redux
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Understanding of version control systems, such as Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme is a plus
