We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales and team management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading a team to success.

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports for management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in sales and team management
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading a team to success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the relevant industry, such as FMCG, retail, or B2B sales, is preferred
