Job Description

Functional Area: GROW Youth - Operations

Objective:

The Trainer will implement the GROW program, Dr. Reddy's Foundation's flagship initiative to equip unemployed 12th pass or graduate youth with employability skills. The focus is on enhancing Communicative English, Digital Literacy, Soft Skills, Communication, Digital Problem Solving, Sector & Work Readiness, and Interview Skills to prepare them for private sector employment.

Major Deliverables:

1. Deliver training based on a predefined session plan and curriculum.
2. Build learners skills in employability-focused subjects.
3. Equip participants to face interviews confidently.
4. Conduct assessments to track learners progress.
5. Maintain training-related data.
6. Support center activities like parent meetings, retention follow-ups, and gathering feedback.
