About the Role

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, executing effective sales strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives in achieving regional and organizational goals.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the mental health and wellness space.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and target potential customers, including corporate clients, healthcare providers, and educational institutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with Lissun’s offerings.

Market Insights and Reporting:

  • Gather market intelligence and identify emerging trends to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to product teams to improve and refine offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Passion for mental health and wellness is a strong plus.
