Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

• Reliability Testing and Validation:
• Design and implement reliability test plans for various components and systems of electric two-wheelers.
• Conduct accelerated life testing, environmental testing, vibration testing, and other reliability assessments.
• Analyze test results to identify failure modes, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure products meet durability and reliability standards.
• Automation of Testing Setups:
• Develop and deploy automated testing systems to streamline and standardize reliability testing processes.
• Integrate sensors, data acquisition systems, and control software for comprehensive testing solutions.
• Maintain and update testing scripts and software to adapt to new test requirements and methodologies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Process and analyze test data to generate detailed test reports and presentations.
• Utilize statistical tools to assess product reliability and performance trends.
• Provide clear documentation of testing procedures, findings, and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with design, development, and quality assurance teams to align testing protocols with product specifications.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of reliability standards and protocols across the department.

You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (such as Certified Reliability Engineer) is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reliability testing, quality assurance, or reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, testing methodologies, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in failure analysis and root cause analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with reliability testing tools and equipment (e.g., environmental chambers, vibration tables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols for reliability and durability testing.
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment such as vibration tables, environmental chambers, and data loggers is a plus.
