The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in back office operations and will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to support the organization's operations.The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record of improving processes and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily back office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Process and verify incoming data and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and generate reports as required for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of back office procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices and company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in back office operations or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus, particularly SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
