Education: B.E. (Mechanical/Automobile)Experience : More than 8 years
Skills- Engine manufacturing process, like Honing, Machining center , Programming, Tool correction, Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens Controls
- Machining, Cutting Tool,
- CNC Programming
- Basic Machine systems
- knowledgeable about various milling, drilling, reaming grinding, finish boring operations
- Use of Quality Tools
- DWM Approach
- Knowledge about SPC, MSA & PFMEA.

Process Issues / Quality issues Resolution related to engine assembly and testing.
Engine defect identification and root cause analysis
New model Machining set up , line setup and ramp up
Capacity improvements through debottlenecking and improvements
Rejection system-implementation of zero rejection concept
Revenue cost reduction initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation
Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT

Implementation of TPM in Machining
