We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Manager to represent and manage top-tier talent, including celebrities and influencers, within the entertainment and digital industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven experience in acquiring opportunities, securing high-profile engagements, and building successful careers for talent across various platforms (TV, film, social media, brand partnerships, etc.). This role involves not only managing talent but also driving growth and securing work opportunities that align with their personal and professional brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and bring in high-profile celebrities, influencers, and emerging talent, aligning them with suitable industry opportunities.
• Career Management: Act as the primary point of contact for talent, ensuring their schedules, professional needs, and personal interests are effectively managed.
• Work & Opportunity Generation: Secure high-value work opportunities such as film/TV roles, endorsement deals, media appearances, social media campaigns, and brand partnerships.
• Contract Negotiations: Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and clear expectations for all parties involved.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including producers, casting directors, agencies, brands, and media companies, to continuously generate opportunities.
• Brand Strategy: Work closely with talent to develop and refine their personal brand, ensuring a consistent image and maximizing their marketability.
• Client Liaison: Manage communications between talent and potential clients, ensuring smooth collaboration, from initial discussions to final contract agreements.
• Publicity & Media Management: Coordinate media appearances, interviews, and public appearances to enhance the visibility and reputation of the talent.
• Talent Development: Provide career guidance, advice, and mentorship to help talent grow professionally and make strategic decisions for long-term success.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent management, entertainment, influencer marketing, or a related field (at least 3-5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, including film, television, digital media, and influencer marketing.
• A deep network of industry contacts, including agents, producers, casting directors, media outlets, and brand managers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile talents simultaneously and juggle competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to secure opportunities and develop professional relationships.
• Knowledge of legalities surrounding contracts, intellectual property, and talent representation.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for building successful careers for talent.
