Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / BBA + MBA

Salary - 3 LPA

Experience - Min. 5+ yrs. in real estate (End to End complete knowledge in Human Resource)

Job Description

Identify workforce needs based on project requirements.

Develop job descriptions and hiring plans for sales, marketing, site engineers, project managers, and support staff.

Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals.

Manage offer rollouts and onboarding processes.

Conduct orientation programs for new hires.

Introduce company policies, real estate project details, and work expectations.

Ensure smooth documentation, including employment contracts and legal formalities.

Manage employee records and HR documentation.

Process payroll, attendance, and leave management.

Oversee benefits administration, including medical insurance, PF, and ESI.

Handle salary structure, incentives, and performance-based bonuses.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act), and other statutory norms.

Manage contract labor compliance and vendor agreements.

Maintain adherence to workplace safety regulations.

Implement performance evaluation frameworks (KPIs, KRAs).

Conduct regular appraisals and feedback sessions.

Develop incentive and recognition programs for sales teams and project staff.

Plan employee engagement activities, team-building exercises, and training programs.

Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions for employees.

Provide leadership and managerial training for mid and senior management.

Organize real estate market trend awareness programs.

Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.

Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding.

Manage disciplinary actions and ensure ethical work culture.

Align HR strategies with business goals and project timelines.

Plan workforce allocation based on construction project phases.

Forecast hiring needs and manage talent pipelines.

Implement HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for efficient record-keeping.

Digitize attendance tracking, payroll processing, and compliance reporting.

Utilize AI-driven recruitment tools for efficient hiring.
