CX is the largest function within FE fundinfo. Working across the customer life cycle covering onboarding, data integration and customer support. We aim to deliver a first-class experience to our clients by providing a consistently high level of quality data and integrity to our customers.
Project Managers are responsible for managing key client projects to produce the desired results and on time delivery. They coordinate people and processes dedicated to the projects and are the central point for all communication, ensuring good project organisation and execution against milestones and timelines.
Your key responsibilities as a Project Manager will be to:
- Manage the relationship with the client and all relevant stakeholders to successfully deliver the project.
- Ensure that all Project documentation is created, monitored, and maintained throughout the life of the project, including (but not limited to):
- Project Plans
- RAID/Action Logs
- Project Documentation
- BAU Handover Documentation
- Lead project meetings, maintaining action logs and communication to inform the project team and clients of the decisions made and actions
- Track and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Review resource utilisation and further resource requirements to achieve project completion
- Chair relevant client calls/meetings and keep key stakeholders updated on project process and reporting
- Review project processes and documentation for improvement and refinement
- To adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy
To join us as a Project Manager you will need the following experience and skills:
- Extensive experience in the setup and successful delivery of projects with limited supervision
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience in the fintech/financial services industry or in data-centric B2B businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and synthesise complex information
- Strong personal engagement skills, with the ability to gain trust and credibility with both clients and colleagues across the company
- Project management certifications such as Prince2, Agile, or equivalent
- Able to adapt different methodologies to a common company framework
- Experience in running multiple projects of varying size and related budgets
