Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in Program Management, Process Management, and Software Development.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing a cross-functional engineering organization, stakeholders, and partners.
• Experience in program management fundamentals (e.g., planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
• Ability to produce frameworks and documents that communicate status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, project dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning.

You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

• Partner with Engineering and Program Management Directors to support organization execution.
• Propose, present, and iterate on proposals with cross-site, cross-product area, and executive audiences.
• Drive alignment across teams/organizations/product area's to reach consensus on product direction, metrics, engineering scope, etc.
• Drive innovation and manage technical dependencies across the stack.
