Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - SCM (Order Management & Customer Service)
In this role you will be responsible for Order processing , Inventory Management, Customer Communication, Data Entry and Coordination with other departments to ensure timely and accurately order fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Experience in Order Management or customer support over Email & chat
- Strong communication skills - Should have command over English language
- Should be well verse with MS Office tools - Specially MS Excel
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Flexible to stretch as per business need
- Should be ready to work from office
- Should have experience of working in MNCs & Global clients
- Respond to customer query through email, chat.
- Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Candidate should be comfortable with 24.7 shift timings (Including weekend working)
- Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills :- Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record .
- Relevant, proven experience in order management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in order management systems (OMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Experience in customer service and handling inquiries.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
