Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying and converting potential leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, and online research.
Present and promote company products/services to new and existing customers. Negotiate deals and close sales to meet assigned targets. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales. Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Address customer concerns, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Market Research & Strategy Development: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies. Work closely with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience: Preferred experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Sales & Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling objections and closing deals. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with digital sales platforms and social media marketing is a plus.
Work Ethic & Growth Mindset: Self-motivated and target-driven.
