Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account manager -Sales to manage IT Infrastructure Portfolio. This role entails leading the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for the ITInfrastructure Portfolio.
Good experience in Enterprise segment .
Deep understanding of IT hardware technologies and solutions, including but not limited to Server , Storage , Backup, Virtualisation , HCI , Network , Data center, Security etc.
Sold Products from OEM like-IBM , HP, Dell , Veeam, Vmware, Nutanix , Cisco , Juniper etc.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Development strategies including partner recruitment, lead generation, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Develop strategic alliances and partnerships with key stakeholders and CXOs to expand the reach and impact of the ITInfrastructure Portfolio.
Understand Client's business pain points, investment areas, and profitability factors to tailor solutions accordingly.
Establish and nurture relationships with customers at all levels and across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Qualification:-Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field .
Experience:
Proven track record of successful sales experience in ITInfrastructure or IT services.
Minimum 2-7 years of experience in field sales and client relationship management.
