visuals for product and model shoots. We are looking for a Fashion and Set Stylist with a strong
understanding of trends and aesthetics to elevate the quality of our shoots through creative fashion
styling and thoughtful set design.
Key Responsibilities:
Fashion Styling
Curate and style outfits, accessories, and looks for models, ensuring alignment with the
latest fashion trends and brand identity.
Conduct fittings and select wardrobe pieces that highlight the concept and purpose of the
shoot.
Ensure wardrobe and styling choices enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the shoot,considering color schemes, textures, and themes.
Stay updated on global and local fashion trends to create aspirational yet relatable looks for
target audiences.
Appropriate styling and smooth flow for eCommerce shoot styling.
Set Styling and Design
Conceptualize and execute set designs that enhance the storytelling of the shoot.
Source and arrange props, backdrops, and decorative elements to create visually engaging
sets for both model and product shoots.
Ensure the set complements the products or models without overpowering the primary
focus.
Collaborate with photographers and creative directors to ensure seamless integration of the
set with lighting and camera angles.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with creative teams, including photographers, makeup artists, and art directors,to align on the shoot's vision and objectives.
Participate in pre-production meetings to understand project requirements and brainstorm
ideas.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for wardrobe, props, and materials needed for
shoots.
Oversee the preparation and organization of styling items and set elements on shoot days.
Trend and Aesthetic Awareness
Research the latest trends in fashion, interior design, and visual storytelling to bring fresh
ideas to shoots.
Create mood boards and style guides to present creative concepts to the team and clients.
Adapt styling and set elements to suit various types of shoots, including editorial, ecommerce, and product photography.
Post-Shoot Contributions
Provide input on post-production edits to ensure that final visuals maintain the desired
styling and aesthetic.
Maintain detailed records of items used during shoots and manage the return or storage of
wardrobe and props.
Key Skills Required:
Styling and Aesthetic Expertise:
Strong sense of fashion, color theory, and set composition.
Proficiency in creating cohesive looks for both models and product arrangements.
Ability to balance minimalism with creativity, aligning with the brand's aesthetic.
Trend Awareness:
Deep understanding of current fashion, interior design, and cultural trends.
Ability to incorporate modern trends into shoots while maintaining timeless appeal.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Strong organizational skills for sourcing and managing wardrobe, props, and set elements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with creative teams and clients.
Strong ability to articulate styling and set design concepts clearly.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with lighting, angles, and how they influence styling and set arrangements.
Basic understanding of photography and post-production processes is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Styling, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a
related field.
1+ years of experience as a fashion stylist and art director, preferably in model or product's commercial
shoots.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in styling and set design.
