Job Description (Posting).

Desired Candidate Profile SAP BASIS Performing Client Copies like Local Client Copy, Remote Client Copy and Client Export and Import. Configuring transport management system across landscape. Background jobs scheduling monitoring and troubleshooting if any issue.
Performing monitoring and tuning at application level. Maintaining Profile Parameters. Printer Configuration, Maintaining Spool system, Trouble Shooting. Applying Support Packages through SPAM. Applying the Support Packs and Support Stacks. Implement SAP Notes, SAP Add-Ons & SAP Support Packages.
Applying SAP LICENSE as per requirement. Analysis, understanding and implementing the OSSNOTE through SNOTE. Performed Kernel Up gradation. RFC and JCO destination configurations. Opening of Sap OSS connection and raising the messages to SAP.

Applying Java support packages and patches using SUM. Performed Table space administration using BRTOOLS. Worked in a production support environment (24/7) supporting SAP Systems. Prepared production system monthly reports. Worked with various transport related activities in STMS configuration for various systems Analyzing the SAP R/3 startup problems using trace files and system logs Performing various SAP Market place activities like software downloads, connection maintenance, coordination with SAP with various SAP message.

Provided on-call support during system outages and crisis, with focus on immediate resolution and root-cause analysis RCA (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
