We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to be a part of the subscriber communications team and help in the execution, management, and analysis of subscriber campaigns. This role will support the development of strategies to engage and retain customers across multiple channels, including push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more.You will help ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and contribute to data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the planning and execution of subscriber campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and chatbots.
- Coordinate with design, content,product and tech teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets and messages.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly to ensure campaigns are running as planned and address any issues that arise.
- Knowledge of Basic SQL for querying databases and familiarity with API integrations is an added advantage.
- Campaign Management:
- Maintain campaign calendars and schedules, ensuring all campaign elements are executed on time.
- Update and manage customer segments and lists to ensure accurate targeting and personalization of campaigns using Clevertap and Pinnacle
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI for ongoing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for review by the subscriber experience manager and other stakeholders.
- Assist in segmenting customer data and creating targeted campaign lists based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM systems and support data hygiene efforts.
- Optimization & Testing:
- Help implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze results from testing and provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate efforts and share updates on campaign progress.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM management.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on CRM and communications management
- Good understanding of CRM strategies and best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Clevertap, Gupshup, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
