We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead - Volume Hiring with 12-18 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for high-volume hiring across multiple locations and business units.

The candidate must have a solid understanding of the job market in India and be able to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies across multiple locations and business units
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide regular updates and metrics on recruitment activities to stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
  • 12-18 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with a focus on the Indian job market
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
