The Senior Technical Recruiter will report directly to the Account Manager for Technical Recruiting. The role will focus in sourcing, hiring and onboarding entry level to supervisory level IT offshore/onshore roles. This role is vital in successfully reviewing job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s).The Technical Recruiter should also be able to understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for all external requirements globally
- Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
- Manage clients and hiring stakeholders
- Conducts market study and technical hiring trends
- Facilitate a smooth internal hiring process
- Encode necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
- Support the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources and/or any IT-related degree
- At least 3+ years doing end to end recruitment in a BPO/call center setting handling Technical/IT related requirements in local and global setting
- Must be knowledgeable in different IT-related functions
- Must have offshore client and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
