We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual with 1-2 years of experience in Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and Sales & Field Force Applications. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of these systems, ensuring seamless operations for sales teams and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and enhancement of Distributor Management Systems and Sales/Field Force Automation solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- Support integrations between DMS, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training sessions.
- Monitor data accuracy, compliance, and performance metrics within sales and distributor platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Exposure to mobile-based field applications for sales teams.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with Distributor Management Systems (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), or Field Force applications in industries like FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods.
