The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. What you will work on:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including job postings and offer letters
- Organize and maintain recruitment files and documentation
- Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering inquiries and providing timely updates
- Creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms
The ideal candidate:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master & degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in recruitment is mandatory from the Banking and NBFC industry!
