What role looks like:

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to join our Product team who will be responsible for performance strategies, execution and monitoring of digital activities across platforms. You will be responsible to manage brand digital platform and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll Deliver:

You shall be responsible for our business growth, preferably for our SaaS product.

Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.

Gathering insights into campaigns and customer behaviour and implementing the learnings.

Plan, define and execute demand generation funnel for our product.

Recommend and manage budgets and spends, minimize the Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Install (CPI), and efficiently scale new customers.

Identifying high-impact experiences and developing and implementing strategies to solve the same.

Owner of ROI-driven digital marketing i. e: user acquisition, re-marketing & re-engagement.

Responsible for tactical execution and campaign audits to deliver timely marketing launches. Should be able to work towards proposals, account setup, strategy development, A/B testing, and campaign management.

Analyse campaign performance data and continuously optimize to generate growth and ensure customer

satisfaction and renewal.

Responsible for launching and testing into new acquisition channels for opportunities to expand organisation performance marketing portfolio.

Manage the company's social media presence and increase engagement across all platforms, including

LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc

Ideally, What You Bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness preferably in a SaaS environment or in the tech space.

Hands on experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)

You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.

You are open-minded, self-starter with an agile mindset.
