Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors upon arrival and provide assistance as needed
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain a well-organized front office and reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle and resolve complaints or issues from guests
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and paperwork
  • Monitor and order office supplies as necessary
  • Support various administrative projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a front office executive or similar role
  • Proficient in office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • High School diploma; further education is a plus
  • Customer service experience is highly advantageous
